— HOMES FOR LIFE

Four Walls.
A Lifetime of Safety.

One home. A whole family protected. For generations.

Homes for Life give women and children a permanent,

secure place to call their own. Shelter from the weather,

and the dangers of homelessness.

One home. A whole family protected.

For generations.

FORCED FROM THEIR HOMES BY WAR AND DISASTERS

— THE CRISIS

Without a Home of Her Own,
Nothing Else Holds.

For a woman with no home of her own, every day is lived on borrowed ground. A flimsy shelter offers no protection from monsoon rains, scorching heat, or the cold of night. Nor from those who prey on people with nowhere safe to go. Children fall sick. There is no address for school, no security for work, no foundation to build a future on.

— THE SOLUTION

Homes for Life.

A permanent home of her own. Built to last. Hers to keep.

A Home for Life is a solid, weatherproof house built for a woman and her children, and given to her outright. Built by local hands using local materials, it’s made to withstand the seasons and last for generations. More than four walls: it’s safety, stability, and a place to begin again.

— THE IMPACT

One Home. Five Transformations.

Safety

A door that locks and walls that protect from weather and harm.

Health

Dry, clean shelter that keeps illness and the elements out.

Education

A stable address means children can stay enrolled in school.

Dignity

A place of her own restores standing and self-respect.

Generations

A permanent home shelters a family for a lifetime and beyond.

— THE PROCESS

How We Build a Home.

Identify the Family

Our local teams find the women in greatest need widows, abandoned mothers, and families living in unsafe, temporary shelter and assess each case to ensure the home reaches those who need it most.

Build With Local Labour

We hire local builders, source local materials, and manage construction through a local project manager. Every home creates employment, and every penny stays in the community.

Hand Over the Keys

The completed home is given to the woman outright hers to keep. A safe, permanent foundation that protects her family for generations to come.

Don't Scroll Past
Her Future.
