It has been a tough few months, never have we experienced a time like this and never has there been more need for people to come together, if anything what we have learnt in the past few weeks is how interconnected and interdependent we are as human. The coronavirus pandemic has caused much uncertainty in many aspects of our lives, there is a slight comfort to know that we are all going through this together. We are living in the best of nations in the world – The United Kingdom. The best in technology, healthcare and governance. The government has guaranteed support, has built new hospitals overnight to cater for the expected rise in numbers, has laid on flights to bring back our citizens stranded abroad, food wholesalers have been ordered to keep prices locked.
In crisis, we are far better off than those across the globe. On this note, we would like to thank you for your kind donation and give you my personal reassurance that your donation will not go in vain but be used to make a difference to those in need – remember this is the best of time to give because the need is great. Let’s save lives and protect the dignity of women together.
As much as saving lives across the world, we would also like to extend our support to you, we have arranged weekly open session with a counsellor, if you are feeling lonely, anxious, depressed, low self-esteem, isolated, suicidal or just need someone to talk to then get in touch.
I am very happy with using this service, the counsellors are very understanding and offer me good emotional support. I feel lonely and isolated and I really appreciate the advice provided. Anonymous, Service User
